I caved in and finally got a HD-DVD player. Unfortnetly this was the first full length movie i watched on my new system. The video quality was pretty good, but i had some problems with audio syncing and buzzing. I updated the firmware which took a while, but it fixed the problem nd everything worked great. The movie was pretty bad. I excepted a gayier movie , but Adam Sandler and Kevin James chose to keep the material relevantly tame. I would not recommend this movie to anyone, but if there is one thing it has is a nice scene with Jessica beil in her underpants.

Hairspray (***) Blu-Ray

I watched this again in Blu- ray and enjoyed the film once again. I still do not like John Trovolta.

Aliens VS Predator Requiem (* 1/2) In Theatres

There's actually a pizza sub plot... Really a poorly made film. Makes the first AVP look so much better now. Other than that at least it was rated R and Seeing another Predator film made makes me happy.

Blade Runner Final Cut (****) Blu-Ray

I really enjoyed watching this film. I haven't seen it in 10 years or so so it was fresh to me. I cannot wait to explore the 10 hours of features on the 5 discs.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (*** 1/4) Blu-Ray

Watched it again on Blu-Ray and it is one of the best video transfers you will ever see. Check it out.
